So did they change 'Device E-mail' to 'Send-to-Kindle E-mail'? Wow, I can't wait!

At present there is no way to view the lending status of a library book on Kindle itself (short of launching the web browser & going to MYK page). So maybe they are adding some additional information that will tell you how many days are left, etc. That would be helpful for 'lend this ebook' as well.

The other thing that could be fixed is to make it so that Kindle browser can actually be used to check out library books and initiate delivery. Right now it gets stuck because of the 'no new browser windows' limitation.
