I'm experiencing the same problems. Personally, I don't want to put up with not having the artist/album option in addition to the artist and album options. I've read that Musicmatch Jukebox does uPnP serving, and doesn't have the limit.

I've installed version 10 of musicmatch, and i'm thinking they removed the functionality. I read about it being in version 8
