I have been using Calibre for quite awhile. Primarily to create epub files for my CM7 modified Color Nook. Most of my epub books are created from pdf files.

I also have an Asus Transformer which I seem to be using much more than the Nook.

Am looking for some tips on how to insure that the pdf files are successfully converted. I have had some books which include skewed sentences and paragraphs out of place. I would like some help on configuring Calibre for use specifically with the Transformer. I am using the settings for Color Nook but am wondering if a different setting might be better.
