Because some company might not have the right to sell in a country, and it seems that a lot think that the USA is the only country in the world. I do not know if it's really copyright laws or something, but I am sure that what people do is pirate it instead. It is so much easier, when will these company learn?
But I ask is this book not available only in eBook form or in paper form also? Because I know that it is almost not possible to find french book (legally that is).
I'd download the book and send a letter directly to the author telling him that you can't buy his book because his publisher doesn't do anything and the only way to have it is illegally, maybe he can shake them enough that some day they might wake up.
