Updating's a bad idea, it's only beta, and you can wind up bricking your device forever. :O At least, if you peruse the threads in these forums, you'll keep bumping into reports of upgrade wrecking eDGe's! You need never upgrade your eDGe...just turn automatic check for upgrade OFF in the eDGe settings.
Use the browser like you do w/any system, to get to facebook. For games, try
slideme.org. Download their
Slideme store app, so you can efficiently view all their available apps. There is a game category, to make things easy. Many of their apps are free...in fact, you can set the Slideme app to view only free stuff.
