Not only do ebooks do not have right of first sale, but they may not work when the person who buys it registers the device. If they register with the Sony store, to buy books on their own, unless they're using your accounts (ADE and Sony), then this may deactivate the books under your account, thus making them a bit useless. Also, they would be unable to strip the DRM, unless they have the account info. Since I doubt you're going to be giving your email and password info over to the buyer, they won't get much use out of those books.
