Although I drink green teas every day of the week, I really can't say that I 'like' them. I simply tolerate them. They are served automatically when I sit down in a restaurant, and the taps in the kaitenzushi shops all pour green.

For me to enjoy my teas, they have to be black and they have to be robust. I'll accept a good quality Ceylon, and enjoy a high grown Uva, but I'd sooner have a good Keemun or Assam, or something blended with them. Unless of course it's a chilly rainy day. Then there can be just one!
