Ah, I'm the opposite. I'm not a huge fan of Japanese Greens, but very much enjoy the Chinese ones. Peet's Lung Ching Dragonwell being my current favourite.

I find I like many different teas, depending on mood and time of day. Everything from your basic "cuppa" to the most delicate of first flush Darjeelings to the heartiness of a Lapsang Souchong.

But I start the day with coffee -- Sitting in bed now, with David Drake's Lord of the Isles, and a mug of Peet's Major Dickason's Blend.
