I would have to agree with the Real Joe. Why bother logging a ticket? They are aware of the issue - they just haven't fixed it! Is it going to help them to know that ther are 500 people having the issue instead of 100? Probably not. Might get it escalated, but that's doubtful, too. They just want you to keep buying the newer machines - they don't want to bother fixing the older ones.

All I have to say is that THANK GOODNESS the factory reset works! Feels good to fix my own problems! Especially since it would save hours of frustration in having to deal with Kobo support!
