hi, okay im beginning to get desperate. the sony reader library software insists that every word file is in use so it wont convert/copy over to my reader. the files are not in use, ive checked everything. i have a proper copy of word 2007 thats all up to date but i think its the problem. when it loads up to convert the file it stays open and ive seen the comp end up with a dozen copys of winword.exe running.

i have no idea why its dong this and would greatly appreciate any assistance in fixing the problem as uni has just started back and i need these documents.

please please please please help!
