I believe you're speaking of the the Fiskars' Momentum Reel Mower:
It doesn't use a flywheel, but rather a 'flywheel-like' innovation they call "InertiaDrive technology" (see "Fiskars Momentum Reel Mower Doubles Your Effort with Flywheel Action" at
treehugger.com). It looks nice, and it probably is one of the best non-motorized mowers out there, but as
Consumer Reports says:
