Thanks so much! I have three or four inexpensive Kobo books I've been waiting for a dollar-off code to get. Now I was able to get one of them.

Just FYI...I also tried the usual equivalents firstreadus1, firstreadrow1, firstreadau1 - none of them worked...for me (in the US), at least.
