Stirred Not Shaken

Hi guys

My new book of Short Stories "Stirred Not Shaken" is free at Smashwords

It is a book of five relatively long short stories. If you like spies, crime fiction, James Bond et al then you should enjoy the title story.
There is another called "My Two Germans" which is about a looted Durer oil painting and the (seemingly) hopeless quest to get it back. There is a (very carefully researched) section in it describing the liberation of Dachau.
And the last story "For King and Country" is based on my late father's diary as he sailed from New Zealand to England to fly Spitfire's in WWII. It starts like a bit of a holiday cruise and ends watching Liverpool burn as they wait to dock, having crossed an Irish Sea full of mines, as the Sunderlands circle, the U boats play hide and seek, the boat beside them explodes and he can hear men screaming in the water.

You will find it here

Cheers and thanks for the read
