Adding a 3G radio wouldn't really cost them much. The iPhone is better than the iPod Touch line in terms of RAM, display, camera and GPS. Besides, I was talking about discontinuing the iPod Touch line so if the minimum for an iPhone lite is $349, that's not gonna fly. A lot of folks would balk at paying $349 and up if they don't plan on using the phone functions.
