Took slightly longer for a response to me- BBB says company has 14 days to respond, I got my response after 13 days... they claim that I will either receive a new one or a refund. At this point, I think I prefer the refund as I don't trust the device any more and I'd just as soon buy something with support. I'm glad my horrid experience was able to provide somebody else with some help, though.
Now to wait for the promised call from their customer service.
