I dunno. I used an iPhone 2G and 3GS before I got my iPhone 4. I was planning on continuing using the 2G as backup night reader but after being used to the retina display, I just couldn't bring myself to read using the 2G anymore. That's why I got myself the 4G Touch. I'd rather have yellowish whites but still have retina display rather than white whites with pixelated text.
