As one who lives in foreign lands and must contend daily with people raising their eyebrows trying to figure out what I'm trying to say in their language...

(Frankly, I never would have guessed that English wasn't your first language. There are soooo many ESL speakers here who's English is better than mine. I really amazes me! I think English is one of the most difficult languages to learn! My hat's off to any that succeed!)
