It only shows as azw in My Kindle Content, it shows as htmlz after being added to calibre.

I downloaded the sample and it is a topaz file. I converted it to ePub and had the same "Page error" you saw. I opened the book in Sigil and on what looks to be the copyright page I found the following code for svg images.

Spoiler:
Code:
    <p class="cl-f-c-fr-v"><img alt="" class="calibre3" src="../Images/page0002_0000.svg" /></p>
    <div class="calibre2" id="page0003" title="pagetype_copyrt"></div>
    <p class="cl-f-c-fr-v"><img alt="" class="calibre3" src="../Images/page0003_0000.svg" /></p>
    <p class="cl-f-c-fr-v"><img alt="" class="calibre3" src="../Images/page0003_0001.svg" /></p>
    <p class="cl-f-c-fr-v"><img alt="" class="calibre3" src="../Images/page0003_0002.svg" /></p>

I removed this code and saved the file. Then I removed the book from the Sony, resent the adjusted file and it worked fine. I guess this isn't the way ADE on the Sony expects SVG files to be handled.

While your in Sigil you can go into images and delete the 4 SVG images before you save the book to reduce the size of the book.
