you can extract this internal dev/blocks with "ebook_msc.exe".
This file is e.g. included in the
boroda/porkupan russification pack over at the-ebook.org
Block #14 is a VAT image, so you will need a disk-image-viewer (like winimage.exe)

Or, if your books are still backuped, do a hard-reset,or just copy the files from imageshack (it's up to you to resize and greyscale them)
