Question mobi to ePub error?

I am not sure what this error means. I have not touched the settings on conversion. I simply use the defaults. I have 2 mobi files that give this error. The others converted fine. When I try to view the file in Calibre I get the same error. I can view these mobi files in Mobipocket reader for PC.

Any suggestions? If this is a bug, how do I report it?

calibre, version 0.8.18
