I too often have remove spaces between paragraphs and insert a blank line between paragraphs set, but I always have a 1.1 indent set in these cases.

I actually tried the 0.1 indent last night and it seems to have no indent in calibre's viewer so keeping my fingers crossed
.
I really like this style and more and more books seem to be published this way so I can't be the only one.
