No, they did not. I certainly didn't get any notification. As a matter of fact, Fictionwise has ceased sending me emails of any kind. Rather rude, considering I bought at least 100 books from them in 2010 (and no, they are not in my spam folder).

However, this disclaimer is on their website, and included in purchase emails, so my bad.
