Piracy is a word used by many different people in many different ways with some consensus (usually polarised into two camps) as to what the user means even if they're all ignoring the real meaning of the word but "evil" is a pretty unambiguous word and shouldn't be devalued by trivialising it... even if it is claimed as "hyperbole"
