Can someone supply information and/or resources for help downloading ebooks to a Cruz reader? I purchased a new Cruz reader and tried several ways to download ebooks but could not. I registered at Kobo and attempted to purchase and download an ebooks, several times. After downloading the Kobo app, signing-on, selecting a book, going to the shopping cart to complete the purchase, completing inputting credit card information, the shopping cart keeps malfunctioning, telling me I need to indicate a country. The default country selection is the United States which is already selected, and I re-selected the United States several times, but got the same error message. Tried using the Kindle app, but it would not install, stating the device was not supported by that software.
