Thanks for posting - at least I know there may be others and hopefully someone has found a way to fix this or at least knows what the cause is.

I've done so many things to this device, that I can't remember if I installed or tweaked something that would have caused this.

You probably don't remember either, but in case you do remember what may have caused this, please post it (maybe others also have the same problem and might be able to confirm what they think did this to them as well).
