For what its worth, I would buy an Amazon tablet/reader whatever over another company simply because Amazon has phenomenal Customer Service and I know if anything happens the company isn't going to try to screw me or give me the third degree.
But... If I have to pay for apps (like angry birds) that are normally free, I'll hack it.
