The T-1 looks good, but I picked up a 950 at a good price about a week before the T-1 was announced. I don't see anything yet that makes me regret buying the 950.

First I'm not sure what Readability refers to, but I have support for the rest currently for my prs-950 via calibre content server and PRS+. So if the T-1 meets this then it should also have the same support via WiFi and be a big improvement for those that think they need WiFi. Even though I have the access I only use Wifi on my 950 to check my Gmail now and then.

That is why I upgraded to PRS+ upon receiving my 950. PRS+ allows me to download via the browser. I have to believe that the T-1 will allow that as well, I guess we'll know for sure when it starts shipping.
All things considered if I had a 650 I wouldn't upgrade until I had to, because WiFi isn't that big of a draw for me.
