It was. I was not hungry.
My old breakfast was rolled oats MWed in water with a pinch of salt and a banana sliced and thrown in. The oats were the only cereals for the whole day, and it should stay like that.
Now that I am going on raw food and smoothies, I have to rethink the whole thing. During the week I do not have time in the morning. I have to wake up little girl, fix her breakfast, dress her up and take her to school (15 minutes drive) for 8.40, so that I can get the 9.11 train to work.
Biggirl wakes me up at 7.07 so that I can say hello, check her attire (she trusts my taste in clothes), put her out of the house and re-close the gates (we do not want the automatic gates with a small child yet). At the latest, I have to wake up Littlegirl at 8.00. First thing I have a coffee while on the net till 7.30. Then I have half an hour for breakfast, carwash and dressing.
I am thinking of having as a standard breakfast a smoothie (I have to design a few that are easy to make, tasty and nutritious and that carry me till lunch time) and maybe a slice of home made bread (maybe, but just maybe with a thin slice of cheese). Of wich I am without, but I have Swedish crackers, of rye and of oat. So that in the few minutes that the smoothie makes itself, I can do some little chores. Time management.
