Not necessarily. Comments above have mentioned that it's a poorly formatted Topaz version which I don't believe self-pub people using DTP could even make, and Amazon will sometimes yank a title even mid-promotion if they get enough complaints about the formatting.

This happened to me once when I contacted CS about a non-indie book which was part of a time-limited "event" sale for a significant number of non-typo dropped spaces between words and sent in a list of locations where said errors occurred in the hopes that would get it fixed sooner.

They pulled the book immediately claiming that was standard procedure for them and didn't bother putting it back until the sale was well over. Still no idea whether they've bothered to fix the missing spaces because they didn't notify me like they said they would, but it's back in their catalogue.

Well, that's B&N for you. Apparently they've also made "improvements" to the My Nook Library function which are nothing of the sort.

Anyway, it's also free @ Sony (available to Canadians).
