Ignoring the easy ones, divisible by 2, 3 or 5 we have:
100,319 (divisible by 43)
100,321 (divisible by 13)
100,327 (divisible by 41)
100,331 (divisible by 7)

And the next prime is 100,333



(Well, I have a little spreadsheet that works out whether a number is prime or not, and what its divisors are if it's not. And also (cough) a list of the first million primes...)
