Hi. My name is Francey and I need some information about my new
Sony PocketReader 300. Please.
I have managed to get through all the oddly placed instructions, and have even dragged a book into the Reader Library. However, it's taking forever
to load. What's the problem? Is it supposed to take this long? Am I doing something wrong? Adobe authorized the download and it's in the 'processing'
status, with the Status Bar wheel indicating download and the Status File says it's 'Processing'. The status bars in the Reader Library file are gray and are not moving or indicating where the download is at. I suspicion that nothing is being downloaded in the over an hour time.

Would someone be kind enough to advise me on the above. Thanks Francey
