Since you sound like you are in Australia, I'm assuming you are using either an original Kobo or Kobo wifi? This thread was really for the storage error which was affecting some users of the Kobo Touch so you would be better posting about your issues as a seperate thread. Infact you would probably be better contacting Kobo (if you haven't already) about your issue rather than posting here at all. This is not an issue I've personally seen come up, but if it is affecting more than one users (as you allude) they obviously would want to know about it and help you accordingly.

The only other thing I can recommend is uninstalling the Kobo Desktop application, then downloading it again (latest) from here: http://kobobooks.com/desktop, and try reinstalling it. You will likely have to reauthenticate your Kobo/sign in when you do this.

Boy I really should start charging Kobo for these posts
