If I understand what you are asking, it sounds like you want to a different Android rom on your PE from the two choices available from Entourage, that is the one it came with and Ermine (the upgrade).
If you were to do that, you would lose all e-ink functionality, and be left with just a somewhat primitive Android tablet with an expensive fold-over screen cover.
Until and unless some hackers can really get into the Entourage rom code (unlikely), we're stuck with what we have, along with all the many tweaks others have posted to this forum.
