I would love to see an example of Fascinate and Evo apps not working on each other's phones, besides Samsung or Sprint specific apps. The only one that was like that was Netflix which is all but remedied now and had more to do with DRM and not Android market place.
and calling the Android market a mess is typical iSheep rhetoric using outdate remarks. When was the last time you've been to the android market? If you ever have at all. It's quite nice, alot nice from let's say two years ago.

Hard to call it isheep related when I own 3 android devices, plan to buy Amazon's and only own one Apple product.
3gs is what? 2 years? My 3g iphone is 3.. Supporting a product for 2 or 3 years is great compared to what you get with Android. Unless you buy a device with vanilla android, you are lucky if you get 2 updates within the first year. My Fascinate got 2.2 and I don't expect to get anymore OS updates. Never mind that Samsung makes 20 versions of my phone a month, each with the latest OS.. but they can't be bothered to make an update for what they have already sold.
This is a big problem with Android stuff. This is why I'm looking forward to what Amazon will put out. I hear they are working on a phone as well. That could prove interesting.
