well tell that to owners of the original iphone and the iphone 3Gs after iOS5 is released. There will apps thata wont work with outdated software versions. It's progession.
I would love to see an example of Fascinate and Evo apps not working on each other's phones, besides Samsung or Sprint specific apps. The only one that was like that was Netflix which is all but remedied now and had more to do with DRM and not Android market place.
and calling the Android market a mess is typical iSheep rhetoric using outdate remarks. When was the last time you've been to the android market? If you ever have at all. It's quite nice, alot nice from let's say two years ago.
