I am going there from the softer side than beppe, meaning I have fruits and one green leafy veggie in it, because I know my digestive system and I have to be gentle on it.

I am just starting that, so I do not have the experience that beppe has. So far I have used bananas as the base to make the consistence, so one banana, and then any of the fresh fruit I have at home, for the time being choosing from nectarines, paraguayo (the white peach exotic sort), kiwis, watermelon, and adding the greeny stuff last, one to two big handful of leaves of fresh spinach or romaine, and maybe one tomato or a Spanish cucumber, getting my kale tomorrow as well as rucola and fresh figs. I personally hate apples, so I'll wait until the worst of the winter to use them (although by then, it will be full orange season here , and andalusian oranges are beautiful), and we get plenty of tropical fruit, some of them growing here (subtropical climate), mangos, papayas, plenty of persimmons and a good exchange for the banana would be the chirimoyas, which taste like a mix of banana and strawberry.

I get fresh gazpacho anytime in every supermarket, all sort of different recipes, without any conservatives or additives, so it is not worth doing it myself. We love gazpacho and have it every day from April or May on, and I already did my own shakes and fruit smoothies, but the green aspect is new to me and I must say, the baby spinach tastes lovely in a fruity smoothie. I love zucchini and aubergines, so I'll try those too. I also think that beetroot could mix really nicely (I sometimes do a cold beetroot soup).

I think that if we keep having those daily, I will need a serious mixer (blender ?) though, mine only has 350w which is like a vespa (sorry beppe) compared to a bmw.
