If there's one thing I've learned talking to other migraine-sufferers, it's that migraine is different for everyone. For me, cafeine induces and reinforces an attack. Same for my sister: cafeine and for her it's cheese as well. So drinking coffee when I feel an attack coming up is a really bad idea for me. It's actually not too bad today. I expect a lot more headache tomorrow though.
