Hi Zazoo, and welcome!!

I don't know whether that stylus will work. It doesn't say "penabled" so it might not. If you can look up the Lenovo models it works with and determine whether they use the penabled Wacom styli you might have an answer. Not all Wacom instruments work, but pretty much all "penabled" Wacom styluses will work, as I understand it.
