Well, no takers...
The problem with the election was that the elected official passed away several weeks before the vote... There wasn't enough time to take his name off the ballot, and apparently not enough people knew he was dead... so they elected him.
This seems to be a problem even for many officals who are still walking around. Someone needs to tell them to lay down.
Anyone have a good question? It's my bedtime so I'll pass the baton to someone who will be awake for a while.
