Tim lost 11 pounds here at day 15.
I am 1 pound heavier than before we started.
I quit.
Try the 'Israeli Army Diet.' (No idea why it's called this. They know nothing about it.)
It's only 8 days and you lose 10 lbs.
Weigh yourself before you begin.
You can drink coffee, tea, (no milk,no sugar) diet sodas, and ALL YOU CAN EAT of the following, and ONLY the following...
2 days .... cheese... as much as you want, any kind.
2 days .... vegetables (cooked, raw, baked, steamed, any ways you want, but no butter or dressing... just vegetables.)
2 days ... boiled chicken breasts... nothing added... (These are 2 very difficult days...)
2 days .... fruit. Any fruit, any amount...
Weigh yourself on the 9th day and grin.

Although bizarre sounding, this diet actually works, and because it's only a short time experience, not unhealthy. You can get very creative on vegetable days and make some delicious meals. Cheese days are boring as are chicken days, and fruit days are a delight!
10 lbs with no difficulty.
