Stronger processor? Supposedly it is a 1ghz processor. That's plenty of power to run a Reader.

Almost no new features? WiFi, browser, can download eBooks, more font size choices, fonts to choose from, multi-touch, and other stuff. So really, it's got a lot more going for it.
