Thank you. When I feel sleepy driving, I stop and take a nap. It was not needed to day.
It has been a good, easy trip. We left Ste-Maxime 1 hour and half later than scheduled (which is normal), so after few miles, parked the car, found a nice restaurant on a beach and had a sumptuous lunch. Littlegirl was curious about mussels, so we shared those. She adored them, then Biggirl had scampi with a "serious" beer (that what the garcon called it) and myself an entrecote with tomatoes, water with gaz, as they say. There was no traffic and we stopped only once for gas, already in Italy. The last half hour, already out of the highway, became an hour under the most violent rainstorm. But just close to home it stopped.
Grass is very tall, but with all that rain, I cannot fix it, before the weather gets fair again, sometime next week. It will have to wait. My 5 orchids are alive and well and there are plenty of new tomatoes. The pelargonium that I snatched from the Royal summer residence in Stockholm and that I took with me in holidays has two new leaves and apparently loves his new residence.
Girls are fed and content. And tomorrow is Sunday, what more could one ask.
