Price is a big pull for many people. Maybe they want a tablet, but simply can't afford an iPad. Or their kids want one.

Granted, the NC doesn't have the functionality of an iPad but for a good sized group of people, it does pretty well. And this is in its unrooted state. It's a decent web browser, you can get email, it plays video and you can get Angry Birds on it.. Oh, and read too. I bring mine places that I don't want to risk my iPad or I know that I'll have to read in low light.

I'll be getting an Amazon tablet too- because I'm a crazy person with too much disposable income.
