Forbidden html tags on kindle
<table> inside <table> and <thead>, <tbody> <tfooter> will make the kindle freeze.
Any other "forbidden" tags or characters or things known not to work or cause porblems on the kindle device?

CSS not supported:
setting a font background not supported.
When settting pagebreak for tags in css use "page-break-before: always;"

Characters not supported:
&#x2799; use → instead
