Die interne SD - wie du sie nennst - ist der interne Speicher des Readers, der die Firmware enthält. OS, die vorinstallierten Bücher und unter anderem auch die Config-Dateien sind dort zu finden. Wenn du Windows 7 benutzt, schau mal im Windows-Explorer in den Einstellungen nach, ob "geschützte Systemdateien ausblenden" und "Erweiterungen bei bekannten Dateitypen ausblenden" deaktiviert ist. "Inhalte in Systemordnern anzeigen" kann man bei der Gelegenheit aktivieren.
