Thanks ivanjt! I guess I should specify that my device isn't rooted. Am I correct to assume that an unrooted device does not let you see all the folders on the drive/device? So I will still be ok if I just copy what I see? (And no, I don't have annotations other than from playing with it - nothing I need to keep.)

On a sidenote, can anyone tell me where the apps are placed when installed on the pe? I am thinking of the Amazon appstore ones that were pushed to my phone as opposed to me emailing/copying via USB.
