What I am looking for here is a full explanation of the Android that runs Nook if it exists.
If this is impossible some guidance would be appreciated.

When noodling with my Nook in the GO launcher I replaced the center icon at the bottom of the screen with Button Savor. This appears to me a good idea, but what was the icon that was there and what did it do? I addition how do I reverse this if I need to.

There are several icons at the bottom of the GO Launcher that are unusable on the Nook. Can they be replaced with something usable and how is this done?

Today I tried to load a clock and I ran into a memory problem. It seems I have to unload
something. How is that done?
