If you read the requirements section you'll see that you need at least version 1.6 of the java runtime environment to open the program. To properly run the program you will also need imagemagick. You didn't mention it but I'm also going to assume that you also downloaded Canti itself and not just CantiGUI. If you just downloaded the .zip file and don't know how to open a .zip, than I can't help you.
