I will not buy anything from Japan that I have not tested myself with a Geiger counter. Especially since my Japanese friends living in Japan told me the government and the mass-media lie all the time. Nobody trusts them anymore in Japan. They only read infos written by independent citizens on internet, and rely on a network of citizens who own Geiger counters.
