If it doesn't, spring for a cheap microSD card to keep all of your sideloaded** books on (nothing can be done about Kobo's books, sadly). Even a 2GB microSD should be more than enough since the Kobo doesn't do multimedia.

** Manually or through Calibre; I guess ADE doesn't recognize microSD card... (just noticed as I re-authed my KT)
